No expense was spared in our luxury rental, upgrades include: NEW carpet, windows, tile, decking, railing, fireplaces, crown molding, base boards, window treatments, closet doors, entry doors, countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, washer and dryer, and beautifully refurnished with high end furniture through out the home.
Our unique property is a 2 unit vacation rental on the beach, consisting of a upper and lower beach level vacation home. Each unit is spacious and complete to accomodate you and your guests for the ultimate California beach vacation experience.

- Bedroom #1- 1 master suite with two queen size beds and an attached bathroom.

About Capistrano Beach & Dana Point
Capistrano Beach , or “Capo Beach,” as it’s called by locals, is located in Orange County, just south of Los Angeles, between Laguna Beach and San Clemente.
Nearby Dana Point is considered one of the most romantic towns in Southern California, sitting high above the ocean amid the coastal bluffs and rolling hills. Capistrano Beach located just 1.4 miles from Dana Point, is a wonderful location to shop, dine, play on the beach or just relax. There are many Italian, Mexican, Chinese and other unique restaurants in the area. You will be able to go for a nice ride on your bicycle to get to a superb restaurant.
Capistrano beach, which was opened to the public in 1980, has a small town atmosphere, and has perfect sand for playing volleyball and other beach activities. During the summer months a refreshment stand is open, which has fishing gear and beach supplies, as well as food and beverages. Surfboards, roller blades and bicycles are all available for rent at Capistrano Beach. It is open every day of the year between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and several good restaurants are located nearby.
Capistrano Beach is just 7 miles to the San Juan Capistrano Mission and 35 miles to Disneyland. Golf is available approximately 5 miles from Capistrano Beach. Basically, Our rental at Capistrano Beach is far enough away from the major tourist spots such as Disneyland and Universal Studios to provide lots of privacy, quiet and relaxation for your vacation getaway. Yet, for convenience sake, it’s an easy drive to all of the well known Southern California vacation attractions.

Rental Policies
Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cashiers/Registered/Personal Check. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. Rates do not include a $225 cleaning charge and Security deposit of $1,000. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach House for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All charges for telephone and other items will be billed to your credit card after your departure and when we receive the phone bill. Check in is 4:00pm and Check out is 10:00am, times can be flexible. We rent Saturday to Saturday.
Description: There is a complete, 10 page description of all aspects of the workings of the Beach House vacation rental, things to do, where to go, and all information you will need. Some weekends available off season. No pets, smoking outside only, not available for beach weddings or receptions. Children are welcome and must have as much fun as parents. They will enjoy this family oriented vacation spot. Rental rates are in US dollars and subject to change. Tenants assuming liability must be 25 years of age or older at time of check-in.
